Fried Dhokla

Dhoklas which are lightly pan fried in spices.

Open samosa made in the shape of a diagonally cut sandwich.

Rum and Coke Mocktail

Non alcoholic version of Cuba Libre cocktail. Not good!

Polenta Nicoise

It's a herb spiced polenta cake with grilled vegetable mix. It was a bit bland.

Potato Roulade

Potato based roulade stuffed with vegetable mix and served with garlic mashed potatoes. Very bad, except for the mashed potatoes!
