These are what I tried during my trip to Chennai on 11/11/2023.

Margherita Pinsa Slice

Pinsa, a lighter variant of pizza is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. A full pinsa is generally oval in shape. The margherita pinsa slice was cheesy, tangy and delicious!

Rating: 4/5

Aubergine Involtini Involtini is made with thin slices of eggplant wrapped around a ricotta cheese mix and then baked. It was spicy and not as good as it looked.

Rating: 3/5

Black Garlic Formaggio Bread

It's just cheese garlic bread made with black garlic instead. The sweetness of the black garlic resulted in a unique but no so great flavor. Rating: 3/5

Sambal Paneer Murtabak

It's a fried flatbread stuffed with sambal spiced paneer. The murtabak was just okay but the mango sauce served with it was great. Rating: 3.5/5

Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap

Pan fried vegetables wrapped in lettuce. Tasted as bad as they looked. Instant regret! Rating: 2/5

Thair Sadham Fritters

Curd rice stuffed with pickle, then breaded and air fried! Unique but tasted pretty good. Rating: 3.5/5

Tempura Fried Veg Seekh Kebab

Crispy fried vegetable seekh kebabs. Would have been better with tomato sauce instead of the regular mint chutney. Rating: 3/5

See you soon after my next trip. Feel free to suggest any new/unique vegetarian/non alcoholic items I can try. Cheers!
