What I tried: 04/04/24

These are what I tried during my trip to New Delhi on 04/04/2024.

Himachali Thali

Thali consisting of

Siddu - Walnut, Cashew and onion mix in a steamed wheat flour bun

Aloo Palda - Potatoes in a yogurt based gravy

Sepu Badi - Split urad dal dumpling cubes in gravy

and dal among other himachali dishes. Most of the items in it were great!

Nettle Tea

Herbal tea made with himalayan nettle herb. It was alright.

Patishapta

Patishapta is a sweet pitha filled with a coconut and jaggery based mix. They were pretty good!

Cafe Liegeois

Cafe liegeois is a coffee, ice cream and chantilly cream based dessert.

Tofu Avocado Sushi Tower

Grilled tofu and avocado riceburger! Unique and delicious as well but overpriced!
