The Art of Dumpling, New Delhi serves a la carte menu of dumplings from around the world. These are what I had there during my visit on 05/04/2024.
Gondi
Persian gondi soup dumplings made with vegetable based meat, truffle oil and capers.

Mongolian khuushuur dumplings made with black peppered snow peas and garlic lotus stem. Crispy and good.

Humitas
Panko crusted variant of Chilean humita dumplings made with garlic grilled cottage cheese. Didn't feel authentic.

Rissoles
Non fried variant of rissole dumplings made with tofu skin and lemongrass.

Arabic shishbarak dumplings made with falafel in seven spice and yoghurt based sauce.

Chinese tangyuan dumpling dessert filled with ground black sesame. Delicious!
