Tatva, Hyderabad is a multi cuisine restaurant offering pure vegetarian and jain (no onion, no garlic) delicacies from around the world. These are what I had there during my trips to Hyderabad over time.
Vichyssoise Soup
French vichyssoise soup made with pureed potatoes and leeks. Creamy, thick and delicious.

Mini boat shaped pizzas filled with sundried tomatoes, capers and more veggies. Not as good as expected!

Hot Toddy styled mocktail made with spice infused hot apple juice! Pretty unique and tasted great too.

Tender coconut pannacotta served with dragonfruit mousse, poached pear, berry compote and lemongrass caviar. Tasted as good as it looked!
