Dadu's Masala Republic, Hyderabad is a Modern Indian restaurant offering fusion pure vegetarian delicacies. These are what I had there during my trips to Hyderabad over time.
Katappa Katori
Big charcoal wafer baskets filled with sprouts, curd and a variety of chutneys. Tasted decent.
Rating: 3.5/5

Kala Pao Bhaji Fondue
Charcoal black pao served with bhaji similar to a fondue! Very unique fusion dish!

Rajasthani Dahi Gujiya
Gujiya shaped savoury vadas served over curd and a variety of chutneys. It was alright.

Old City to Hitech City
Dahi bhalla with vanilla ice cream! Weird combination but tasted great though.

Rajbhog Bhalla
Dahi bhalla made with rajbhog instead of vada! Would have been good if the sugar syrup was pressed out from the rajbhogs!

Ambiance: 4/5
Service: 1/5
I have visited three outlets of this restaurant and each of them had an issue with repairs, ambiance at least once that I had to return back without having anything. Most of the staff are not interested in serving unique items on the menu, which won't be available most of the times anyways! Also, many items are served in a way that doesn't match their description on the menu!
