Roast is a cafe chain having its presence primarily in Hyderabad. These are what I tried other than coffee in their various outlets over time.

Corn Rocks

Fried corn rocks with sweet chilly mayo.

Brioche Garlic Bread

Garlic bread made with brioche and spread with cheese.

Spinach Pesto Bites

Flaky pastry with a spinach pesto stuffing. Pretty good.

Eggplant Parmigiana Pain Au Suisse

Flaky pastry with lots of layers filled with eggplant parmigiana. Not as great as it looked though!

Handvo is a Gujarati savory vegetable cake. Wouldn't try it again!

Soan papdi flavored gelato. Unique but expected it to be served the way it was on display!

Chocolate dessert styled mille feuille with hints of hazelnut. Not an actual mille feuille though.

Roast Special Pastry

Almond and coffee based dessert supposedly made with Sao Palme chocolate, Swiss Felchlin chocolate, Elle & Vire French cream! Didn't live up to that!

Food: 3/5 (None of the items I tried really stood out in terms of taste!)
