Bukhara, ITC Maurya, New Delhi serves North West Frontier cuisine foods. These are what I had during my visit on 06/04/2024 to one of the top 1000 restaurants in the world, 2024.
Dal Bukhara
Dal Bukhara is a slow cooked creamier version of Dal Makhani invented at this restaurant. It was one of the best dal based foods I had till date.

The biggest of the naans served by restaurants in India, maybe in the whole world!

Staff served us well and arranged for takeaway of the leftover naan, which was just too heavy for us. Also, the complimentary dessert was pretty good!

The menu was too small with not many options for vegetarians though.

Dum Pukht
Dum Pukht, ITC Maurya, New Delhi is a fine dining restaurant which serves Awadhi cuisine foods. These are what I had during my visit on 07/04/2024 to one of the best 100 restaurants In Asia.
Taftan Dum Pukht & Naan E Bah Khummach
Taftaan is a thick refined flour bread topped with melon seeds and Naan E Khummach is a semolina & wheat flour bread topped with poppy seeds.

Qasar E Pukhtan
Paneer simmered in a tomato based gravy, served on a mini stove so as to not lose the heat! Tasted great.
